		At Country Corner Market we handle only Red Brand "AA" or higher quality beef. All prime cuts are western beef and are aged for at least 14 days.

Steaks NOT Misteaks Prime rib, rib eye, t-bone, New York striploin, tenderloin, fillet mignon, cap-off top sirloin, sirloin medallions, sirloin tip, eye of round, outside round, inside round, sub steak, rouladen, minute steak, London broil, and flank.

Try one of our many famous marinated steaks. Roasted Garlic & Herb, 5 Peppercorn, Chipotle.

Roasts

Cap-off premium prime rib, sirloin tip, eye of round, brisket and blade eye, outside round, inside round, premium striploin, premium tenderloin.

Like our steaks, we can marinade our roasts, or try Rick's Magic Rub, or we will just season it to perfection for you.

Old Time Favorites

Our unbelievable monster sized burgers made with our lean ground beef - this is what a burger should taste like. Take ours home or make them yourself - either way you can't go wrong.

Rick's Corn Beef - one taste and your Irish forever! Our beef shishkabobs are available to tempt your taste buds - They're big and filling.
