		Ontario Pork is world renowned for its leanness and flavour. At Country Corner Market we will not accept anything less than the best.

		Chops Centre cut, butterfly, butt or schnitzel, the choice is yours. For something different, why not try stuffing a centre cut or butterfly chop. Do it yourself or we can do it for you. Or if you prefer to have your chops lightly seasoned, we will gladly do that too! Marinating is an art we have perfected. We can marinade your chops for you. BBQ or Mesquite, just to name a few, are real crowd pleasers.

Roasts

Premium centre cut, premium rack (the poor Irish boy's favorite), boneless centre cut, premium crown or picnic.

Our roasts are available with or without a variety of stuffings. From the traditional herb & bread to Spanikapita (spinach w/feta and garlic). Just tell us how you would like it stuffed.

Like the chops, roasts can also be marinated or seasoned. When marinated the roasts always come out of the oven tender and juicy. Why not try Cajun, Teriyaki - you'll be glad you did.

We can't forget about those ribs - back, side. So meaty they are always a hit.

You've never tasted pork so good until you've bitten into one of our famous Pork Shishkabobs, and that's a fact. Available all year round.
